It’s all I can do to resist buying a candy bar every time I’m in the grocery store or a gas station. I have such a sweet tooth. But I’ve learned to control it over the years so I’m not constantly snacking on chocolate or sweets. I think that my weight and dental health have thanked me for it, too. But around Halloween, I let myself have almost all the candy that I want.

It’s a little different when you make the candy on your own, though, like what I like to do around Halloween and other winter holidays. I was online looking up a good candy bar recipe not that long ago when I ran across some info on internet providers. I read through it some and after that I decided to change over our internet provider to one of the ones that I read about.

I made these really awesome Halloween candy bars for me and my family. I couldn’t resist the temptation once I saw the recipe. But I have a little more urge to keep from scarfing them down since I put in the hard work to make them all.

Planning a winter vacation to a warm destination?  Will you be diving or surfing?  You’ll need the right equipment.  You may need a wetsuit.  And, who wants to wear one that some other guy had on just the day before?  I know I don’t.

When you think of wetsuits, you think of a brand called Body Glove.  It’s a great name, because it fits you like a glove.  Now, depending on how fit you are, they may be either a good or a bad thing.  You don’t have to be a surfer or avid skin diver to know about the brand Body Glove.  It’s engrained in the minds of most Americans.  It’s a brand that is as familiar to those that like to frolic in the water as the same way that Coca-Cola is engrained in the minds of Americans who drink soft drinks or Canadians that drink Molson beer.

If you are in need of a new wetsuit for that trip to St. Maarten, then you’ll want to go to your local dive shop or surf shop and look for one.  You don’t want to buy one at the resort or you’ll pay through the nose.  The brand you’ll see right away is Body Glove.  It may be the advertising that jumps out at you.  Or, it may be the fact that the guy working at the store directs you to the Body Glove display, but you’ll definitely be considering this brand and will likely end up buying it.

So, shop around if you are in the market for a wetsuit.  Get the right fit and the color that looks best on you before you go on vacation.  Wear it around the house just to freak out your neighbors.  Consider the alternatives.  You’ll likely end up with the best known brand.  You’ll likely end up with a Body Glove wetsuit.

The wearing of scrubs has been extended outside of surgery in many hospitals. Originally issued as replacement clothing if street clothing was contaminated, scrubs are now worn by any hospital personnel in any clean environment. In United Kingdom they are sometimes known as Theatre Blues.

Today, any medical uniform consisting of a short-sleeve shirt and pants is known as “scrubs“. Scrubs may also include a waist-length long-sleeved jacket with no lapels and stockinet cuffs, known as a “warm-up jacket”. Nearly all patient care personnel at hospitals in the United States wear some form of scrubs while on duty, as do some staffers in doctor, dental, and veterinary offices. There are few categories for scrubs  labs coat, nurses in uniform, nursing scrub pants, dickies nursing uniforms etc.

Scrubs worn in surgery are almost always colored solid light green, light blue or a light green-blue shade, although some medical centers have switched to pink as a theft deterrent.
